Group pricing goes wrong because vehicles and guides scale in steps, not smoothly. Here is the actual scaling, so your treasurer can sanity-check any quote, including ours: Headcount 15 to 17: 1 Force Urbania, 1 guide. Simplest format; moves like a big family. Headcount 18 to 34: 2 vehicles, or 1 coach. 1 to 2 guides. First step-cost jump. Headcount 35 to 90: 1 to 2 full-size coaches. 1 per 25 to 30 guests. Staggered monument entry begins. Headcount 90 to 250: Coach fleet, staggered departures, sub-group system. Two hotels may be needed in Agra. Headcount 250 to 500 plus: Fleet plus luggage vehicle, full sub-group system. Single-hotel stays limited to convention properties. This is also the honest answer to the most common question we get: a bigger group does not make the per-head price fall much.
