Palace Honeymoon Golden Triangle | Experience My India

In a Nutshell
“Experience My India books the palace honeymoon honestly, from Rs 90,000 per person (6-day, heritage tier, twin sharing), with the landmark palaces quoted separately because they cost what they cost. One thing decides whether this trip is the one you are imagining, and it is not the hotel.”

Our promise
Why choose Experience My India for the palace honeymoon
Honest note
The palace honeymoon is NOT for you if
- You want the Maharaja's actual bedroom. Five rooms, top of the list, and often booked. We will try; we will not promise.
- You need step-free access. Pre-1950 buildings mean stairs, uneven stone and often no lift. Our accessible tour is built honestly for this.
- You expect a palace in every city. Jaipur delivers. Delhi offers colonial heritage. Agra has none.
- You want modern-hotel consistency. Old buildings have old plumbing and rooms that differ wildly. That is the deal, and it is a good one if you want it.
- You want the elephant ride at Amber. We do not offer it, on welfare grounds. The jeep does the climb.
Preparation
Before you go
🎒Packing List
- 1.Ask which room category, in writing. Then ask what it looks like. Then ask about the bed.
- 2.Ask which building your room is in at any heritage property, not just this one.
- 3.Consider one landmark night and spend the rest on the trip.
- 4.Say if stairs are a problem before booking, not at check-in.
- 5.Pack for old buildings: thick walls are cool in May and cold in January.
- 6.Cancellation follows our house slabs: 80 percent refunded more than 30 days out, 50 percent at 7 to 30 days, none under 7 days. Landmark palaces set their own, stricter terms, disclosed in your quote.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which rooms at Rambagh Palace were the actual royal chambers?
The Royal Suites, of which there are five, are the category described as having served as the personal chambers of the royal household, with a bedroom, drawing room and living room and French windows onto the gardens. The hotel has around 79 rooms in total, so the great majority are not the royal family's own quarters, however the marketing reads. If sleeping in the Maharaja's own rooms is the point of your trip, that is a five-room target near the top of the price list.
