When is the best time to visit Udaipur?
The best time to visit Udaipur is October to March, when the weather is pleasant for the lakes, palaces and boat rides and the light is beautiful for photography. The winter months are peak season and ideal for sightseeing.
April to June is hot, though the lakes take the edge off, while the monsoon from July to September brings lush hills and full lakes, a romantic if wetter time to visit.
